A Message From The President Greetings! It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the chapter website of Tennessee State University Dallas-Ft. Worth Alumni Chapter.  As the newly elected Chapter President I am honored and humbled that my fellow alum have chosen me to take the helm of this wonderful chapter. If you attended the university at least one semester and left in good standing, you are considered an alumni and we welcome you to actively join the family. It is my pleasure to be affiliated with a chapter and organization that cultivates a desire to succeed, stimulate personal development and professionalism and continuously focuses on providing information regarding educational opportunities at Tennessee State University for youth from the DFW metroplex. This is one of the reasons why the TSU/ DFW Alumni Chapter is recognized as a leading force within the TSU alumni community. What sets us apart is the strength of our chapter, the dedication and expertise of our members, and our uncompromising loyalty to the principles of Enter to Learn and Go Forth to Serve.  Our goal is to build an organization of which our members can truly be proud of.  Our challenge is to make sure that we stay on top of new developments for the benefit of our members.  On behalf of the elected chapter officers and chapter members, we invite your comments and solicit your assistance through membership and support of organizational activities as we prepare to seize the opportunities that will arise in 2009 and beyond.   We look forward to the future with knowledge that TSU’s rich history and strong foundation, along with continuous improvements, will enhance TSU’s national alumni association and the university‘s position as a world-class organization.
